Symsite Purchase Contract of Agreement
These terms of sale or use are required portions of the agreement signed by
clicking the Add to Cart button. They are intended to protect the commercial rights
of the owner of U.S. copyright TXu1-266-788, The Crystalon Door, 11/07/2005,
which contains the grand unified theory of matter and energy and the MAVCAM
system. Those rights, by this contract, include the protections of the state level Trade
Secrets Acts. That list of rights is defined in UTSA; Uniform Trade Secrets Act drafted by the
National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws to define the rights and remedies of
common law trade secrets, for 46 states.
The grand unified theory as presented in The Crystalon Door conforms to the unopposed
motion of disclosure in U.S. District (NM) Court, 04/02/2001, titled The Solution to the Equation of
Schrodinger.
The required terms of purchase or use for The Crystalon Door, 'Clough Quantum Essays',
'Softicon Commercial Infotools', 'Symmegraphics' images, or Symmecon's Internet website
text or images are as follows.
1. Purchase or use of The Crystalon Door's; definitions, constants, equations, calculations,
explanations, images, diagrams, tables, charts, illustrations, designs, ideas, principles, concepts,
or system of science (15 stipulated IP types) must conform to the U.S. Economic Espionage Act of
1996,18 U.S.C. 1831-39, as applied for protection of a trade secret.
2. The 15 types of purchase or use defined in term 1 must be done with reasonable measures to
preserve The Crystalon Door's secrecy and economic value, within the limits of the U.S. Fair Use
Act. This contract is a nondisclosure agreement.
3. The buyer or user must sign this contract while agreeing to own or use The Crystalon Door, it's
text or images, with the discretion needed to prevent any disclosure of the 15 types of literary
content listed in term 1, unless that secondary ownership or usage is done with sufficient
confidentiality to protect copyright TXu1-266-788's owner's commercial ownership of all of the 15
types of literary content listed in term 1. This contract is a confidentiality agreement.
4. All library borrowers of The Crystalon Door, and all others who share in any of it's stipulated 15
types of use, must agree to these terms of use by e-mail or U.S. postal mail signature. All
borrowers or users of The Crystalon Door must pay for any commercial usage.
5. These 5 terms of contractual agreement, including the statement of specific commercial intent
appended below, are the full set of terms for purchase.

Statement of Commercial Intent
The 15 types of literary content of the copyrighted book titled The Crystalon Door are intended to have
fair market value as written or imaged works for any legitimate customer. Those rights covering value in
proportion of subsidiary content in derived works are owned by Dale Clough, the author.
That refers to the rights to remuneration in proportion to use for any technical or scientific activity using
CRQAM (Clough Relative Quantum Atomic Model), CRQTS (Clough Relative Quantum Topological Science),
or MAVCAM (Molecular or Material Animated Interactive Video Computer Assisted Modeling) ideas, text, or
images.
Dale Clough owns a proportionate share of any copyright, patent, design, technique, maintenance, repair,
rebuild, redesign, remodeling, or adjustment of electrical, mechanical, chemical, thermal, optical, wave,
energy, force, or other forms of devices, machines, equipment, instruments, or apparatus which employ or
involve any of the 15 types of content of The Crystalon Door listed in term 1 of the purchase agreement. All
borrowing, sharing or usage of The Crystalon Door's content is a moral purchase of it's content, and subject to
these terms.
